Ubicada en Punta Colorada, Maldonado, esta vivienda fue concebida como una propuesta contemporánea integrada al paisaje costero y forestal del balneario, buscando generar una relación equilibrada entre arquitectura, naturaleza y confort cotidiano.
El proyecto aprovecha cuidadosamente la orientación solar, las visuales y las condiciones naturales del terreno para crear espacios luminosos, abiertos y conectados con el exterior. La implantación de la vivienda responde a la topografía y vegetación existente, procurando una integración armónica con el entorno.
La organización espacial propone ambientes amplios y fluidos vinculados mediante grandes superficies vidriadas, terrazas y expansiones exteriores que favorecen la continuidad entre interior y paisaje. La luz natural y la ventilación cruzada se convierten en elementos centrales del proyecto, aportando confort y eficiencia energética.
La materialidad combina hormigón, piedra, madera y tonos naturales para construir una estética contemporánea, sobria y atemporal, reforzando el vínculo entre la vivienda y el paisaje costero de Punta Colorada.
